You are my sunshine...

Suze was my first boston, and my total and complete buddy. She was born in Arizona, and by total chance, I found out about her when her breeder was visiting down the street from my mother. She had bred one last litter of pups, and Suze was the last pup. She brought her with her while visiting her sister in upstate NY. So on Labor day weekend 2000, Suze came in to my life.

Suze didn't turn out to be much of a show dog, but she was the little love of my life. She was great at Rally obedience, and was one qualification away from her. She produced three beautiful champions, and two obedience competitors. One puppy from her first litter, Maggie, just received her MACH in agility, the 26th Boston Terrier ever to do so.

Suze probasbly would have acheived her RE in rally, but I injured myself badly right before the shows she was entered in. All my dogs but Suze went to stay with various friends during my recovery, but Suze stayed with me as my companion and protector. Suze passed away unexepctedly a few months later, in July of 2008. I miss her every single day.
